That is a sublicence under one of the old Curaçao master licences — the same structure YYY Casino sits under with 1668/JAZ. Curaçao has since replaced that regime: the Curaçao Gaming Authority now issues licences directly, in the OGL/ format, and it is those you can look up in a public register.
The practical difference is who you complain to. RollingSlots publishes OGL/2024/589/0556 with a clickable certificate; Betfinal holds its permission directly. A master-licence brand name gives you a company to write to and not much else.
Two separate problems, and the second is the worse one. Citing a #365/JAZ sublicence in 2026 is dated but at least it is a named chain. Putting that chain on a marketing site and leaving the platform where the money goes with a footer that mentions no licence at all is the part we cannot defend. A player who arrives straight at betobet33.com — which is what happens when you follow an ad — has no way of knowing who is holding the balance.

Numbered domains change. That is the whole point of them — when one is blocked the operator moves to the next. It is the same behaviour we recorded at Megapari, and it means a bookmark saved today may not resolve in six months. The two “first bet offer” promotions are the interesting ones and they are not welcome bonuses, whatever the homepage banner suggests. The Terms We Could Not Read
We should be plain about a gap in this review. BetOBet’s full terms, its payment-methods page and its about-us page all sit behind a Cloudflare security check that refused every route we tried — direct request, browser session, and in-app navigation. The homepage and the promotions page load; the legal pages do not.

Reaching an offshore operator on the app you already use, rather than through a web widget that loses your history when the tab closes, is a real advantage. 10Bet offers live chat and email only; the WOW-platform casinos route auto-exclusion requests through email alone.
