Is StoneVegas Legal for Players in the UAE?
StoneVegas accepts the Emirates and builds for them. Opened from a UAE connection, the site loads in Arabic, right to left, with a desert-road banner, a welcome tile reading 100% up to $500 plus 200 free spins, and a games row headed الأفضل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة — Best in the United Arab Emirates.
Clause 2.3 excludes twenty-nine countries, and we counted them again on 2 September: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d’Ivoire, France and Portugal. No Gulf state is on the list. Iraq is. Three of the twenty-nine are worth pausing on: Curaçao, Cyprus and Malta are the jurisdictions this kind of operation is normally licensed and banked from, and a company that bars the countries it is regulated in is telling you something about where it expects to be answerable.
The law on your side has not moved. Gambling is a criminal offence for UAE residents, and clause 2.2 states plainly that the company gives no assurance about the legality of your use of the site and that knowing your own law is your problem, not theirs.
StoneVegas currently sits on our United Arab Emirates page with a five-star rating attached. That rating predates any review and this page corrects it. Everything below explains why the number came down.
StoneVegas Is the Same Casino as Nomini, Legiano and BassBet
This is the fourth brand we have reviewed on one platform, and the fourth time the machinery underneath has been identical. Legiano, BassBet, Nomini and StoneVegas share the same content API, the same 81-article help centre, the same General Terms down to the clause numbering, and the same catalogue give or take a hundred titles.
The evidence is not inference, and on 2 September it got stronger. All of them expose the same public endpoints in the same shape, return the same studio ranking with the same per-studio counts, and publish the same General Terms — version 1.12, last updated 19.08.2026. And StoneVegas’s content management system carries a leftover page whose internal name, casinia03decm-info-page, belongs to a different brand entirely. We queried that same endpoint on six domains that day — StoneVegas, Nomini, Legiano, BassBet, Casinia and Rabona — and the same orphan page is present on all six. That widens what we had been treating as two separate families into one operation behind six skins.
What differs is the skin and the trimming. StoneVegas runs 14,661 games against Nomini’s 14,790; 138 studios against 140; 23 language builds against 26; ten Arabic live tables against eleven. It also drops one payment method Nomini offers. In every measurable respect it is the same casino with slightly less of everything. Those totals are what the API returns from outside the region. In August we predicted that StoneVegas would behave like its sisters under the country filter and left it there. On 2 September we measured it instead, through a Dubai connection: 12,284 games and 122 studios, against 14,698 and 138 from outside. 2,414 games and sixteen whole studios are hidden from this country, and the live floor falls hardest — from 762 tables to 473, a drop of 38%.
This matters for a practical reason, not a philosophical one. If you hold accounts at two of these brands you are exposed to one operator, one set of withdrawal ceilings and one risk — not two. Spreading a bankroll across StoneVegas and Nomini spreads nothing at all.
StoneVegas Bonus Code 2026
There is no code to enter. The welcome offer attaches to the first deposit, and the promo code field in the cashier is there for campaign codes sent to existing players. The offer shown to Emirati visitors is 100% up to $500 plus 200 free spins, which — like Nomini, which shows the Emirates exactly the same casino offer — is the same figure the brand is advertised with elsewhere.
What the published terms actually say
Section 7 of the General Terms sets the conditions, and they are the same conditions the sister brands run:
- Deposit casino bonuses carry x35 wagering on deposit plus bonus, with winnings capped at ten times the bonus.
- No-deposit bonuses carry x40, capped at five times the bonus.
- No-deposit free spin winnings are capped at €80.
- The requirement must be cleared within 10 days for casino bonuses.
- Slots contribute 100%; live games 10%; table and card games 0%; video poker and Plinko 10%.
- Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds at all.
- Promotions are barred outright for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
On a $500 bonus, x35 of deposit plus bonus means wagering $35,000 within ten days before anything is withdrawable, and the most that can ever reach the real balance is $5,000. The headline is the largest of the four sister brands; the arithmetic behind it is the same as the others.
Clause 7.8 carves out Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly at 50% contribution. We searched the catalogue for all three and found nothing — they are Evolution titles and StoneVegas carries no Evolution. A clause written for games the casino does not stock is a clause copied from another operation and never revisited.
StoneVegas Games: 12,284 of the 14,698 Reach the UAE
Counted from the public content API rather than read off a banner. The brand’s own listing on this site previously claimed “over 11,000 games” and “more than 610 live rooms”; the real numbers are 14,661 and 765, so the catalogue is larger than advertised even as the accountability is worse.

The ranking we published in August was the ranking seen from outside, and two of the studios in it cannot be opened from the Emirates at all. Measured from Dubai, the catalogue is led by Spinomenal 814, Playtech 686, Foxi 533, Yggdrasil 516, VoltEnt 437, Amusnet 383, Hacksaw Gaming 344, CT Interactive 272, Tada Gaming 265, BGaming 257, Flatdog 249 and Microgaming 246.
Pragmatic Play is not on that list, and neither is Evoplay. Between them they account for 1,201 of the missing titles — Pragmatic 668 slots plus 249 live tables, Evoplay 284 — and the platform blocks them in two different ways. Ask for Pragmatic by name from a UAE connection and the API answers total: 0, as though the studio were there and empty; ask for Evoplay and it answers PROVIDER_NOT_FOUND, as though it had never existed. Sweet Bonanza returns seven results from Europe and zero from Dubai. The other fourteen absent studios are Gamomat 184, Stakelogic 183, Amigo Gaming 154, Softgate 150, Mancala 97, OneTouch 79, Expanse Studios 77, Apparat 72, Winfinity 69, InOut 67, Gamzix 52, Ortiz 20 and Woohoo Games 6, plus two more titles shaved off Hacksaw and AvatarUX. The arithmetic closes to the title: 2,411 from the missing studios, three from the trimmed ones, 2,414 in total.
The absences are identical to the sister brands: no Evolution, no NetEnt, no Play’n GO, no Relax Gaming, no Nolimit City. If you want those studios in this market, RollingSlots carries Evolution and Play’n GO and holds a licence you can verify; StoneVegas does neither.
The crash and instant-win corner is real, and it is what the brand’s own listing leads with: Aviator is here, along with JetX, 36 Mines variants and 75 Plinko variants. That is a genuinely broad instant-win shelf, and it is the part of the catalogue that has grown while the top-tier slot studios stayed away.
Fourteen and a half thousand games with no Evolution is the trade this platform keeps making. You get more titles than 888 Casino offers and fewer of the ones that made you look.
The Arabic Build, and Where It Stops
StoneVegas publishes 23 language builds and exactly one is Arabic, labelled internally Middle East AR and rendered right to left. Nomini, on the same platform, publishes 26 and adds a separate Middle East English build; StoneVegas does not. For an English-speaking expat in Dubai that means the world English build, written for nobody in particular.
The live floor carries ten Arabic-speaking dealer tables: BlackJack Arabic A through E, Roulette Arabic and Roulette Arabic B, Aurum Roulette Arabic and Aurum Roulette Arabic B, and Playtech’s Arabic Roulette. Most come from Creedroomz, the studio that also supplies Betfinal. Nomini carries one more.
Ten Arabic tables is a real asset and very few operators in this market have any. Remember that clause 7.7 scores every bet on them at zero towards a bonus — the feature that brings you here is the feature the promotion refuses to count.
StoneVegas Has a Sportsbook Too, With Less Around It
Sports and Live Betting sit in the left rail alongside the casino sections, and both opened from a UAE connection when we looked. What StoneVegas does not carry is what separates it from its sister brand: there is no Horse Racing and no Virtual Sports entry, and Nomini lists both.
We also undercounted the book. In August we listed seven sports; counted from the operator’s own rail on 2 September, through a Dubai connection, there are 2,346 events across twenty-eight sports: football 1,277, tennis 225, table tennis 145, American football 124, ice hockey 122, basketball 80, cycling 64, Counter-Strike 51, handball 50, League of Legends 25, baseball 23, rugby union 22, martial arts 22, boxing 17, snooker 15, rugby league 14, Aussie rules 13, darts 11, cricket 10, floorball 9, golf 7, volleyball 5, futsal 4, Valorant 4, Formula 1 three, Dota 2 two, and one market each on chess and politics. In Play, Popular Bets and Upcoming sit above it and the five big European leagues are pinned to the top. That is a real sportsbook rather than a token tab — and it is one more piece of evidence that these are the same operation wearing different skins.
There is a catch, and it belongs in this section rather than the one about Arabic. The sportsbook is not translated. Open it from the Arabic build and the header stays in Arabic while every sport name, every league, every tab and every control inside the book is in English — Football, Basketball, Boosted Odds, Upcoming events, Favorites. The footer of the same page lists those sports in Arabic, so the translations exist; they are simply not used where a bettor would need them.
It shares an account and a balance with the casino, and it shares the casino’s central problem: no licence is published, so there is no regulator to appeal a settlement to. There is one step beyond the support desk, and we missed it in August — see the support section below.
StoneVegas Payment Methods in the UAE
The payments page has a country selector and publishes the exact floor and ceiling for each method, which remains the best habit this platform has. Opened from Dubai it comes up with United Arab Emirates and US Dollar already selected, and the currency choices are US Dollar and Euro. There is no dirham — not on this page and not in the registration form, where the Emirates are offered those same two currencies and no other.
One thing that page is not, and we should have said so: it is English only. The Arabic address for it returns the site’s error page, in Arabic, with no table and no country selector on it. A reader who came for the Arabic build has to switch language to find out what a deposit costs.
Deposits start at $15 for cards, AMEX, Neteller, MiFinity and every crypto rail except Bitcoin, which starts at $30. The one difference from Nomini is that PlayID is absent here, in both directions.

The deposit list and the withdrawal list are not the same list. AMEX and Neteller can fund an account and cannot pay it out; Skrill and bank transfer can pay out and cannot fund. A player who deposits by AMEX will be paid by something else, which sits awkwardly beside the AML language in the terms about returning funds to their source.
Check that whatever you deposit with can also pay you back, before you use it. On this platform that is not a safe assumption, and it is the detail that only becomes a problem on the day you want your money.
Withdrawal Ceilings and the Fees Around Them
Clause 6.11 caps withdrawals by VIP level, and StoneVegas prints the table — as Nomini and BassBet do, and as Legiano, on the same terms, does not:

Level is set by the previous 90 days of play, and clause 6.12.1 warns the ceilings can also vary by location, so a UAE account is not promised the published figure. A new player is at Level 1: €500 a day, €7,000 a month.
The costs around it are worth knowing before you deposit rather than after. Requests are worked through within three business days and no more than three may be pending. Clause 6.8 keeps a 10% commission if you withdraw without wagering your deposit at least once. Clause 6.7 can refuse a withdrawal entirely unless you have wagered €20 within that calendar month. Clause 6.18 charges €5 a month after 180 days of inactivity until the balance is gone.
And clause 3.7 is the one to read twice: an account can only be closed with a zero balance and no pending withdrawal, and if you ask to close it while it still holds funds or a pending request, those funds are voided.
Publishing the ceilings is to StoneVegas’s credit. Clause 3.7 is not — asking support to close your account at the wrong moment can cost you your balance, and nothing in the interface warns you before you ask.
Design and Navigation
From the Emirates the site opens in Arabic with the layout mirrored: navigation column on the right, search field reading right to left, category strip following suit. The lobby itself is clean. What we wrote in August — that nothing is stranded in English — is not true once you leave the lobby. The whole sportsbook is in English, the payments page does not exist in Arabic at all, and the one line of legal text in the footer — “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. Stonevegas.com only accepts customers over 18 years of age” — sits in English underneath a footer that is otherwise entirely Arabic.
The visual identity is the one real difference from its sister brands — a warm desert palette and a road-through-the-dunes banner where Nomini uses bright blue and cartoon fruit. Underneath, the furniture is identical: a left rail of verticals, a lobby of horizontal game rows, and the same gamification layer of Shop, Challenges, Tournaments, Achievements and VIP Levels competing with the games for attention.
The UAE-specific games row is the one piece of genuine local tailoring, and it is the same shelf Nomini serves.
Judged on the first twenty seconds, StoneVegas is the best-looking of the four sister brands for this market. That is precisely why the rest of this review is about the things the lobby does not show you.
Which Arab Countries Can Register
The registration form accepts 115 countries, fourteen of them Arab: the six Gulf states, plus Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Sudan, Mauritania and Somalia. Iraq is absent, which matches clause 2.3. Egypt is also absent, and it is not in clause 2.3 — the same silent gap its sister brand Nomini has. The platform carries ten currencies and not one of them is Arab; the default country in its own configuration is Finland.
Who Actually Operates StoneVegas
Nobody is named. We read the footer, the About Us page, the privacy notice, the responsible gaming page and the full General Terms — more than 200,000 characters — looking for a licence number, a regulator, an operating company, a registration number or a registered address. There is none. The only time the word licence appears in the terms is in the phrase “Driving Licence”, among the ID documents they will demand from you.
The footer ends where a licence line would normally start: an 18+ badge, one sentence about responsible gambling and a copyright notice. The help article titled Is your online casino trustworthy? says the RNG has been “assessed and approved by independent third parties” and names none of them. The About Us page invokes the EU’s 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive, which binds licensed European operators — a category this is not.
The contrast inside our own review series is stark. RollingSlots names GBL Solutions N.V. and a Curaçao licence you can open in the regulator’s portal; Betfinal names a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence directly. StoneVegas, Nomini, Legiano and BassBet name nothing, all four of them, which is itself the clearest sign that they are one operation.
If a withdrawal is refused there is no regulator to appeal to, no company to write to and no jurisdiction named in which to bring a claim. That is the single fact holding this score below four, and no amount of Arabic tables offsets it.

Live chat from the sidebar and email to support. The help centre runs to 81 articles covering verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and betting rules, and it is served in the Arabic build as well as in English.
We have not opened an account, so we have not measured a reply time and will not invent one. We got the complaints route wrong in August, and it was wrong against the operator. We wrote that a complaint ends at the same support address with no external escalation available. The published complaints page says something else: it directs players to the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service, states that the brand has joined the AskGamblers “circle of trust”, urges players to file publicly rather than privately, and sets a 96-hour clock on both sides — if either the casino or the player fails to answer within it, the complaint closes. That is not a regulator and it has no power to compel payment, but it is a free, public, third-party route with a deadline attached, and it is more than we credited the brand with.
Security and Fair Play
HTTPS throughout, KYC before withdrawal, and a 30-day window to produce documents after which clause 6.6.4 allows the account to be closed and the balance forfeited. Verification asks for ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours.
Responsible gambling provision is thin. Self-exclusion works by emailing support and asking for the account to be closed rather than through a control you operate yourself, and we found no deposit limit, loss limit or session timer on the public pages.
On fairness the site claims an unnamed third-party RNG audit. The certification worth leaning on is the studios’ own — Playtech, which is the second-largest supplier a UAE connection can actually reach here, is audited independently of any operator and does not put that certification at risk for one site. We originally named Pragmatic Play alongside it, which was no use to a reader in this country: Pragmatic is one of the studios the country filter removes.

Gambling remains a criminal offence for residents under UAE federal law and clause 2.2 places that risk entirely on the player.

Clause 6.8 keeps a 10% commission if you withdraw without wagering the value of your deposit at least once, and clause 6.18 charges 5 euro a month after 180 days of inactivity until the balance reaches zero. Clause 3.7 voids any remaining funds if you ask to close the account while it still holds a balance or a pending withdrawal.
What We Corrected on 2 September 2026
Before translating this review into Arabic we measured the brand again from the beginning rather than trusting what we had written in August, and six things had to change. We list them here because a reader is entitled to know which parts of a review have been checked twice.
- We described clause 2.3 as twenty-seven countries ending in Japan. It is twenty-nine, Japan is not among them, and France and Portugal are.
- We published the catalogue as 14,661 games from 138 studios and predicted that the country filter would behave as it does on the sister brands. Measured: 12,284 games and 122 studios reach the UAE, and sixteen studios are hidden outright.
- We ranked Pragmatic Play and Evoplay among the leading studios and pointed at Pragmatic’s independent audit as a reason for confidence. Neither studio opens from this country.
- We listed seven sports in the book. There are twenty-eight, and 2,346 events.
- We wrote that a complaint has nowhere to go beyond the support desk. The complaints page names the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service, with a 96-hour deadline on both parties. That correction runs in the operator’s favour.
- We wrote that nothing on the Arabic build is stranded in English. The sportsbook, the payments page and the footer’s legal line all are.
The overall score moves from 3.4 to 3.5. It moves up rather than down because the two findings that carry weight — a real external complaints route, and a sportsbook four times the size we credited — run in the brand’s favour, and because the catalogue we now report is smaller but honestly counted. StoneVegas is a well-dressed version of a casino we have now reviewed three times under other names, and it is the thinnest of the four. That is the whole verdict in one sentence, and the detail underneath only sharpens it.
The good parts are real. Ten Arabic-dealer tables, a properly mirrored right-to-left interface, a payments page that prints exact Emirati limits, published VIP withdrawal ceilings, a genuinely large catalogue and the broadest instant-win shelf of the group. The welcome offer shown to the UAE is also the offer advertised, which is more than we could say for its sister brand.
The bad parts are the same bad parts. No licence, no operator and no regulator in 200,000 characters; table games scoring zero towards wagering on a site sold on its tables; bonus clauses written for Evolution games it does not carry; and clause 3.7, which voids your balance if you close the account holding one. It is also the least equipped of the four: fewest languages, fewest Arabic tables, one payment method short.

That places StoneVegas just below Nomini and Legiano, which offer the same product with a little more of it. If what you want is an operator you could actually complain to, RollingSlots publishes a verifiable Curaçao licence — though it serves this region in English only.
