Spinrollz in the UAE: Real Arabic, No Licence
Spinrollz serves the Emirates in proper right-to-left Arabic, opens dollar balances, accepts nineteen deposit methods and runs a sportsbook alongside the casino. It also publishes no gambling licence, and its terms are the same anonymous contract four other casinos use. We read its public pages and queried its own API.
Of the three casinos in this batch, Spinrollz is comfortably the best fit for an Arabic-speaking player in the Gulf — which makes what it withholds all the more worth reading carefully.
The Arabic Is Real, and We Measured It
Spinrollz’s Arabic build is not a machine-translated menu bolted onto an English site, and this time we measured the documents rather than a screenshot. The contract runs to 183,581 characters of Arabic across nineteen sections, and eighteen of them are above 94% Arabic script. The privacy notice is 98.9% Arabic, the VIP page 98.1%, the About Us 97.7%, the responsible-gaming page 97.0%, and the thirteen live promotions — names, summaries and full terms — 93.9%.
Only one section falls below that, and it is not what it looks like: the bonus chapter reads 10.2% Arabic because 42,000 of its characters are the Latin names of slot machines. Strip the game titles and the contract is translated end to end — including the whole sports betting rulebook, which runs to 90,000 Arabic characters at over 98%.
Everything is translated: the navigation, the promotional banners, the game categories, the VIP tiers, the help centre link and the entire footer sitemap. The welcome offers render in Arabic with the numerals the right way round.
The brand’s own configuration is unambiguous about the intent. The language record carries the ISO code ar, the text direction rtl, and an internal title of “Middle East AR” — the same internal label Wazamba uses. English, by contrast, is filed under “WORLD EN!”, the same label BoaBoa gives its default build.
Nineteen market sitemaps are published, one of them dedicated to Arabic, and Arabic is one of only two locales that is a region rather than a country — a small sign that the Gulf is treated as a market here rather than as an afterthought. Contrast Cadoola, which offers 27 languages and no Arabic, and PlayFina, which offers a locale literally named Arabic-EN that serves English.
This is what we mean when we ask for an Arabic interface: right-to-left, translated end to end, and configured as a market rather than a checkbox. On this measure Spinrollz sits with BC.GAME at the top of the site, well clear of its own sister brands.
Licence: None Published
Spinrollz publishes no gambling licence. The footer is served by the brand’s own content endpoint, and it returns exactly one sentence plus a copyright line: “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. Spinrollz.com only accepts customers over 18 years of age.” Alongside it sits a single icon, tagged internally as “Age”. There is no regulator seal, because there is no regulator.
We searched the full terms document for the string “licen”. It occurs once, in the list of identity documents you may be asked to supply: Driving Licence. That is the only licence mentioned anywhere on the site.
Note the footer wording, because it recurs. BoaBoa carries the same sentence with its own name substituted, word for word.
A casino can decline to publish a licence and still process withdrawals reliably — the two are not the same thing. But it removes your only escalation route beyond the operator itself, and that is the trade you are making here.
The Contract: Version 1.12, Shared With Four Other Brands
Spinrollz serves terms headed General terms and conditions, Version 1.12, Last update: 19.08.2026. That is the same document, to the version number and date, that Spinanga, Cadoola, Wazamba and BoaBoa publish.
Two clauses matter more than the rest. Clause 1.4 is the entire definition of who you are contracting with:
“Unless otherwise defined, all references in the Terms to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Company’ refer to the company operating the Website.”
No name. No registration number. No address. Clause 14.1, headed Applicable law and jurisdiction, states that disputes “shall be settled in accordance with the applicable Law” — naming neither the law nor the court.
The excluded-jurisdictions clause differs slightly from its siblings: Spinrollz adds China and Myanmar to the list. Curaçao, Malta, the United Kingdom and Iraq are barred, as at every brand in the group. The Emirates are not excluded.

The 15% charge on unplayed card deposits is the clause most likely to surprise you: deposit by card, decide not to play, and withdrawing costs you nearly a sixth of the money.
The Arabic is excellent and the contract behind it will not say who wrote it. Those two facts sit in the same site and both are true — a good interface is not evidence of a good counterparty.
Games: 14,703 in the Catalogue, 12,281 From Dubai
We queried the game catalogue twice within the same minute, once from our own connection and once through an Emirates IP, and then repeated the query provider by provider. The results differ by more than two thousand titles, and this time we can name every one of the studios responsible.

The same query also confirmed that Spinrollz identifies Emirates visitors precisely: the platform returned country code AE, country name United Arab Emirates, and province code AE-DU — Dubai. It knows exactly where you are and serves you accordingly.
The 2,422-title gap is provider licensing rather than operator policy, and the arithmetic closes exactly. Sixteen studios return their full catalogue to us and zero to Dubai: Pragmatic (668 titles), Evoplay (284), Pragmatic Live (249), Stakelogic (191), Gamomat (184), Amigo Gaming (154), Softgate (150), Mancala (97), OneTouch (79), Expanse Studios (77), Apparat (72), Winfinity (69), InOut (67), Gamzix (52), Ortiz (20) and Woohoo Games (6). That is 2,419. Two more titles disappear from Hacksaw Gaming and one from AvatarUX, which otherwise arrive intact — 2,422, to the game.
Two details are worth having. The first is that this list is not the same as its sister brand’s: Spinanga withholds Live Vegas from the Emirates and Spinrollz does not, so the filter is set per brand and copying one review into the next would have been wrong. The second is that the group comparison still holds — BoaBoa withholds 2,458, Cadoola 2,461 and Wazamba 2,642. Roughly one title in six on this platform is not cleared for the Gulf.
The live tables thin out with them. The live casino returns 732 games to us and 463 to Dubai; blackjack alone falls from 383 to 172, and the brand’s own Gold Saloon room — the same branded set that appears at Spinanga, Cadoola, Wazamba and BoaBoa — from 16 tables to 13. The catalogue splits into Casino, Live Casino and Jackpots, with sub-sections for slots, arcade, table games, exclusives, streamer picks and a provider-of-the-week shelf.
There is a curiosity in the contract worth reading beside all this. The Emirates are named once in the entire terms document, and it is clause 15.7, which lists the jurisdictions where the NetEnt Universal Monsters slots may be played — the UAE is on that list. There is not a single NetEnt game on this site from any country. The provider page exists, and returns zero games. Sixteen other provider pages do the same, Evolution and Red Tiger among them: the shelves were built, the deals were not.
Take any advertised catalogue figure and subtract about a sixth before you believe it applies to you. We would rather publish both numbers and the gap than repeat the marketing one.

Unlike Cadoola and PlayFina, which are casino-only, Spinrollz runs a full sportsbook from the same balance. The navigation carries Sports, Live Betting and Virtual Sports alongside the casino sections.
And here is the single sharpest finding of this review, which we missed in August because we never opened the sportsbook from the Arabic build. The betting section is entirely in English. Loaded from /ar/, on an Emirates connection, every label is Latin: Search, Upcoming events, Favorites, Boosted Odds, Money Line, Prebuilds, In Play, and the sport names down the rail — Football (1,273 events), Basketball (94), Tennis (167), Table Tennis (122), Ice Hockey (122), Volleyball (5). The dates read September 02. Not one word of Arabic appears in the whole panel.
The contrast is what makes it interesting rather than merely sloppy. The operator’s own footer translates the sports menu properly — football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, baseball, all in Arabic — and the terms carry a fully translated Sports Betting Rules chapter that the casino-only siblings do not have. Everything Spinrollz writes itself is in Arabic. The betting engine is a third-party integration, and nobody asked the supplier for a translation. It is the exact mirror of StoneVegas, where the contract is Arabic and the sportsbook is not.
Seven of the thirteen promotions an Emirates visitor is shown are sports-specific: a 100% welcome bonus up to $100, a weekly reload at 50% up to $500, 10% cashback up to $500, an Accumulator Boost worth $100,000, Early Payout at $50,000 and a Bore Draw refund at $20,000.
Bonuses: Thirteen Offers, and Two the Gulf Does Not Get
The casino welcome bonus is 100% up to $500 plus 200 free spins — the identical headline offer at BoaBoa and Spinanga. The sports welcome bonus is separate, at 100% up to $100, and the two are claimed independently. Note the currency: our August review priced every one of these offers in euros, which is what the English build shows. The Arabic build an Emirates visitor actually gets prices them in dollars, and the Arabic bonus terms are rewritten to match — where the English version lists a maximum in thirteen currencies, the Arabic version says simply “500 USD / 500 EUR”. That is a deliberate localisation, not a machine pass.
The terms behind the headline: wagering is 35× deposit plus bonus (40× on free-spin winnings), the qualifying deposit is $20 rather than the $15 the cashier accepts, you have 10 days, winnings are capped at 10× the bonus, the maximum bet while a bonus is live is $100, and the 200 free spins arrive 20 a day for ten days, each batch expiring after 24 hours. Clause 8 voids the offer if you deposit with Neteller or Skrill — and Neteller is one of the four non-crypto routes this casino offers.

This is our second correction, and it is the one that changes the review. August’s version called the daily cashback the structural difference between Spinrollz and its sisters. An Emirates visitor is never offered it. We loaded the same Arabic promotions page from Dubai and from Lisbon within the same minute: Lisbon is shown Live cashback 25% up to $200 and Daily cashback 15% up to $400; Dubai is shown neither. The brand’s own promotions feed says why — both offers carry a restricted-countries list, and it reads AE, BH, EG, IQ, JO, KW, LB, OM, QA, SA, YE, TN, alongside Armenia, Bosnia, Georgia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The Arab world, more or less entire.
What Dubai gets instead is a fourteenth offer Lisbon never sees: a weekly cashback of 15% up to $3,000 — which is precisely the arrangement BoaBoa and Wazamba run. So the sentence we published was not just wrong about availability, it was backwards about substance: on cashback this brand treats a Gulf player exactly like its sisters do. Whether that is worse depends on how you play. A $3,000 monthly-scale cap beats a $400 daily one for anyone staking seriously; the daily version returns money faster and suits smaller, steadier play. What you do not get is the choice.
Spinoleague, Gold Saloon Roulette and the Amusnet Cash Bomb are network-wide campaigns shared with the four sister brands, identical down to the prize pool — the Spinoleague prize fund reads $12,000,000 on the Arabic page and €12,000,000 on the English one. That is the third thing we got wrong in August: we wrote that everything was quoted in euros while an Emirates account runs in dollars, and held it against the operator. It is not true. The Arabic build converts the display currency throughout, and the payments page opens with United Arab Emirates and US Dollar already selected.
Eighteen simultaneous offers split across casino and sportsbook is a lot of surface area, and the daily cashback is the one we would actually use. Read clause 6.8 before depositing by card: not playing costs you 15%.
Design and Navigation
From an Emirates connection Spinrollz loads a pale lilac and mint interface that is noticeably lighter than the dark lobbies most of its competitors use. In Arabic the whole layout mirrors properly: the navigation rail moves to the right, the promotional carousel reverses, and the sidebar sits where an Arabic reader expects it.
The rail carries Home, Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots, Sports, Live Betting, Virtual Sports, Challenges, Tournaments, Shop and VIP Levels, with the language switcher and help centre pinned at the bottom. Search runs across games, categories and providers from a single field.
Registration accepts a phone number, an email address or a username as the login identifier, which is more flexible than most and useful in a market where a mobile number is often the primary identity.
The right-to-left build is the real thing, not a stylesheet flip that leaves the furniture in the wrong place. If you read Arabic, this is the most comfortable interface of the five brands in this group.
Payments: Nineteen Methods, Fifteen of Them Crypto
Spinrollz publishes its per-country payment table without requiring an account, which is more than BoaBoa or PlayFina manage. We opened it with the United Arab Emirates selected as the country and the US dollar as the currency.
Nineteen deposit methods are offered, and fifteen of them are cryptocurrency networks. The four fiat routes are Pay by Card, American Express, Neteller and MiFinity.

That the card ceiling is $2,000 while crypto goes to $5,000 tells you where the operator prefers your money to come from. The crypto list is unusually complete — Tether on four separate chains, USD Coin on two, plus Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Cardano, Dogecoin, BNB and Tron.
An Emirates account is denominated in US dollars. There are no dirham balances and no Gulf-issued payment methods — no local bank transfer, no regional wallet. A UAE card will be converted going in and again coming out, and the conversion is not one you control.
Publishing the full per-country table without a login is a genuine transparency win, and we wish more operators did it. What the table shows, though, is a payment stack that treats the Gulf as a crypto market and offers nothing local.
Withdrawals and Limits
Withdrawal ceilings follow the five-level VIP ladder shared across the group: $500 a day and $7,000 a month at level one, up to $1,500 a day and $20,000 a month at level five. A month without wagering returns you to the bottom level.
Processing is quoted at three business days and restricted to 06:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. In Gulf time that means a Thursday-evening request is unlikely to move before the following week. A maximum of three withdrawals may be pending at once.
We have not tested a withdrawal, which requires a funded account. We will not publish a payout time we have not measured; when we have one, it will appear here with the date.
Support: Live Chat Only
Spinrollz offers live chat, a help centre and two published email addresses. Clause 13.1 of the terms gives support@spinrollz.com; clause 13.4 gives complaints@spinrollz.com for a complaint that survives the first reply. The welcome bonus terms print the support address a third time. There is no phone number, no WhatsApp and no Telegram. The chat is reachable in Arabic from the Arabic build.
That was our mistake, and it cost the operator marks. The August version of this review said Spinrollz published no email address anywhere and scored its support at 2.5 for it. Both addresses were in the contract the whole time, alongside a written two-stage complaints procedure (13.1–13.6) that ends at a Complaints Resolution Committee. We have corrected the text and raised the score. What genuinely is missing is a third stage: the contract contains no arbitration, no ADR body and no ombudsman, so the committee that hears your complaint is staffed by the company you are complaining about. Horus Casino, by contrast, offers binding independent arbitration.
We have not measured response times ourselves and will not quote one we have not tested.
One Operation, Five Brands
Spinrollz is the fifth casino we have found running the same contract, the same promotional calendar and the same footer sentence. The front end is different — a newer framework than the one BoaBoa, Cadoola and Wazamba share — but the substance underneath is not.

None of that is hidden, and none of it is illegal. It matters for one practical reason: a dispute here is a dispute with the same people who run the other four, so opening an account at a sister brand after a bad experience is not the fresh start it looks like.

The Arabic is genuine and measured — a 183,581-character contract, eighteen of nineteen sections above 94% Arabic script, the privacy notice at 98.9% — the layout mirrors properly, prices convert to dollars, the payments table opens on United Arab Emirates without a login, and a full sportsbook runs from the same balance. Two published email addresses and a written complaints procedure sit in the contract, which is more than we credited it with in August.
The limits are as clear. Thirteen promotions rather than the eighteen we counted, and two of the missing five are the casino cashbacks, withheld from the Emirates by name. The sportsbook is in English inside an otherwise Arabic site. And 2,422 games do not arrive here, sixteen studios of them entirely — while the XML sitemap handed to Google still lists every one of their pages as an Arabic URL. We took one at random, Sweet Bonanza 1000, and opened it twice: it runs from Lisbon and returns an Arabic 404 from Dubai.
What it does not do is tell you who it is. No licence, a contract that defines the company as “the company operating the Website”, a jurisdiction clause that names no jurisdiction, no email address for support, and 2,422 games withheld from Emirates visitors. The opposite approach is worth seeing: Horus Casino publishes its company, its licence number, its restricted countries and every payment limit before you register.
