Spinanga is an online casino and sportsbook that serves the United Arab Emirates a complete Arabic right-to-left interface, a $500 casino welcome bonus and twenty deposit methods, fifteen of them cryptocurrency networks. It publishes no gambling licence.
That last sentence is the one that matters, so we will come back to it in detail. First, what you actually get. We opened Spinanga from an Emirates connection and the site routed us straight to its Arabic build — not a translated menu bolted onto an English page, but a mirrored layout with translated lobby categories, translated promotions and Arabic jackpot names. From our own connection in Europe the same domain served Finnish. The language follows the country, and the Emirates get the Arabic one.

Two lines in that table pull against each other. The product side is well built for this market; the compliance side is empty.
Spinanga passes the first test most operators fail here — it speaks Arabic properly, from the navigation down to the jackpot names. It fails the second one completely, and no amount of translation makes up for a missing licence.
Four Welcome Bonuses, Not One
Spinanga runs four separate welcome offers at the same time, and which one applies depends on whether you deposit in currency or in crypto, and whether you are playing casino or sport. They are not alternatives buried in the small print — all four sit side by side on the Arabic homepage carousel.

The gap between the two casino offers is the story. Deposit in dollars and the ceiling is $500 at a 100% match. Deposit in Tether and it becomes 3,000 USDT at 200% — six times the money at double the rate. Spinanga is not hiding this, but it is not explaining it either, and a reader skimming the Arabic homepage would have no reason to know the crypto route is worth six times more.
Beyond the welcome offers the promotions page carried twenty-one live entries when we counted them: weekend reloads at 50% up to €750 on sport and €700 plus 50 spins on casino, weekly reloads, a 15% daily casino cashback up to €400, a 25% live cashback up to €200, an accumulator boost advertised at €100,000 and a Spinoleague tournament series with a €12,000,000 headline. For a site this size that is an unusually busy calendar.
Four welcome bonuses is generous and confusing in equal measure. If you are going to take one, know that the crypto casino offer is worth six times the dollar version — a difference the homepage never spells out.
What the Bonus Terms Actually Require
A correction to our August review. We previously published a 40x wagering requirement and a five-times payout cap for this bonus. Those numbers are real, but they belong to the Wheel of Fortune annex — a gamification feature — and not to the welcome offer. The terms attached to the welcome bonus itself, which we have now read in full, set out something different.

35x is the ordinary rate for this tier — the RollingSlots welcome bonus runs at 40x — and the 10x cap is twice as generous as we reported. The clause that deserves attention is the one nobody advertises: the 200 free spins do not arrive at once. They are released in batches of twenty a day for ten days, and each batch expires twenty-four hours after it appears. Miss three days and sixty spins are simply gone. The other trap is clause 8, which voids the offer entirely if you deposited with Neteller or Skrill — and Neteller is one of the five non-crypto methods Spinanga offers Emirates players in the first place.
The Casino Floor
The lobby is organised into eleven casino categories and nine live casino categories, with jackpots split into a further seven. Categories include a Gold Saloon live section, a Superstars shelf, a Streamers’ Choice row and a Provider of the Week slot — all of them translated into Arabic rather than left in English, which is more care than most sites in this index take.
Gamification runs deep. There is a Wheel of Fortune earned through wagering, a Collections system that pays out up to $5,000, a Challenges track worth 1,500 coins and a Shop where those coins convert into $1,000 of rewards. It is the same machinery you find at Nomini, but with more layers stacked on top.
What we did not check in August is how much of that lobby actually reaches this country. Read from a Dubai connection, Spinanga’s own catalogue returns 12,328 games from 123 studios. Read from Europe, the same catalogue returns 14,788 games from 140 studios. Seventeen studios are not thinned out for Emirates players — they are deleted from the list entirely, and 2,460 games go with them.

The live floor takes the heaviest hit. It falls from 780 tables to 450 — a 42% cut — and blackjack alone drops from 343 tables to 138. The Gold Saloon room the lobby advertises has sixteen tables internationally and thirteen here; the three that vanish are the two Stakelogic tables and the one run by Pragmatic Play Live. The arithmetic closes exactly, which is how you know it is the studio being blocked and not the room being reorganised.
The lobby is genuinely well localised — someone sat down and translated the category names rather than machine-translating the wrapper. But localisation is not the same as access: the Arabic shelf labels are translated on top of a catalogue that is 2,460 games smaller than the one those labels were written for.
The Sportsbook
Spinanga carries a full sportsbook alongside the casino, covering football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football and baseball, plus live betting and virtual sports. The sports promotions are separate from the casino ones and include a Bet Builder with 50% risk-free up to €50, a Bore Draw refund advertised at €20,000, an early payout offer and an accumulator boost.
That is a broader sports offering than Cadoola, its sister brand, which has no sportsbook at all. If you want casino and betting on one balance, Spinanga is one of only two brands in this family that does both properly — Spinrollz is the other, and it pairs the sportsbook with a full Arabic interface.
Payments: A Crypto-First Cashier
This is where the Emirates get a noticeably different site. Spinanga’s payment page lets you pick a country and a currency, so we selected United Arab Emirates and US dollar and read the result. Twenty methods appeared — and fifteen of them are cryptocurrency. Our August count of sixteen was short by four.

Switch the country to a European one and the list changes shape: bank transfer, Revolut, Paysafecard and Skrill appear, and the crypto wall shrinks. The banking rails a European player takes for granted are simply not offered here. An Emirates player who does not want to touch crypto is left with a card, an Amex and three wallets — and one of those, Neteller, voids the welcome bonus if you use it to fund the account.
One thing we could not establish, and will not guess at: the cashier has a withdrawals tab beside the deposits tab, and it only opens on a click that we cannot reproduce from outside an account. Everything above is the deposit list. We do not know whether the same twenty methods pay out.

There is no dirham account option — the currency list for the Emirates is US dollar and euro. Every deposit therefore carries a conversion, and every withdrawal carries another one on the way back. BC.GAME remains the only site in this index that holds a balance in dirhams.

Withdrawals: The Ladder and the Fee
Spinanga publishes its withdrawal limits in full, which is more than most of its peers manage. They run on a five-level VIP ladder, and your level is set by your deposit and withdrawal activity over the previous ninety days.

Stop betting for a month and your status drops automatically to the lowest level. You may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawals, requests are worked through within three business days, and the finance team only processes them between 6am and 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday — so a Friday evening request waits for Monday.
Two clauses deserve to be read before you deposit. Clause 6.8 requires you to wager at least the value of your deposit once before withdrawing; if you do not, Spinanga reserves the right to cancel the winnings and keep 10% of your last deposit — or 15% if you funded the account by bank card or bank transfer. And clause 6.18 charges a €5 monthly administration fee on any account left dormant for 180 days, running until the balance reaches zero.
Publishing the withdrawal ladder is a point in Spinanga’s favour; charging up to 15% to players who deposit and change their mind is not. If you fund by card and want out without playing, that is the most expensive way to leave.
The Licence That Is Not There
Spinanga publishes no gambling licence. We looked in the four places one would normally sit, and it is in none of them.
The footer ends with an age warning and a copyright line: “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. Spinanga.com only accepts customers over 18 years of age. 2026 © Spinanga.com All rights reserved.” There is no regulator seal, no licence number, no company name and no jurisdiction. The About Us page describes the product and says nothing about who runs it. And the terms and conditions — version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026 — go further than silence.
Clause 1.4 defines the counterparty like this: “all references in the Terms to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Company’ refer to the company operating the Website”. That is the whole definition. No name, no registration number, no registered address. You are agreeing to a contract with an entity the contract declines to identify.
Clause 14.1, under the heading Applicable law and jurisdiction, reads in full: “Any legal claim or dispute arising under or in connection with the Terms or your use of the Website shall be settled in accordance with the applicable Law.” A section titled jurisdiction that names no jurisdiction, and a section titled applicable law that does not say which law applies.
Put those together and the practical position is this: if a withdrawal is refused, you do not know which company refused it, which regulator to complain to, or which court would hear the case. Compare that with RollingSlots, which names its Curaçao licence number and its operating company, or Betfinal, which holds a licence directly from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The gap is not a technicality.
An unlicensed site is not automatically a dishonest one, but it removes every route you would otherwise have if something went wrong. Treat any money on deposit here as money you cannot escalate to anybody.
Seven Brands, One Contract
Spinanga is not a standalone operation. In August we found two sisters. We have since found four more. Cadoola, Wazamba, BoaBoa, Spinrollz, Rabona and Casinia all publish the same document — version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026, the same clauses word for word, down to the same numbering error that gives this contract two clauses numbered 6.7.

The overlap is not limited to legal text. The Spinoleague tournament carries the same €12,000,000 headline across the family, alongside the same Amusnet Cash Bomb and the same 25% live cashback capped at €200. Every one of the seven withholds between 2,422 and 2,642 games from Emirates players, which is the signature of a single shared platform rather than seven separate commercial decisions. And the footers link the same affiliate programme — 7StarsPartners, which describes itself as a multi-brand operation with nine brands and says it releases “a new high-converting brand every few months”. We have now identified seven of the nine.
Seven different skins, one contract, one tournament and one affiliate desk. If you were planning to spread risk across Spinanga, Casinia and Rabona, you would be spreading it across the same counterparty — the one clause 1.4 declines to name.
Design and Navigation
Opened from an Emirates connection, Spinanga loads at spinanga.com and redirects to its Arabic build. The layout mirrors properly: the navigation column sits on the right, the promotional carousel runs right to left, and the search field reads “الألعاب، الفئات، مقدمو الخدمات” — games, categories, providers.
The translation goes past the furniture. Lobby shelves, jackpot names, VIP levels, the help centre link and the promotion titles all arrive in Arabic, with bonus values shown in dollars rather than euros. From our own European connection the identical URL served Finnish with euro values, which tells you the routing is geographic rather than a stored preference.
One rough edge: the language selector is buried at the bottom of the right-hand column rather than in the header, so switching to English is harder than it should be. And the site leans on a dark teal palette throughout, which makes the yellow Register button the only high-contrast element on the page — a deliberate choice, and an effective one.
Mobile and Apps
There is no native app. Spinanga runs as a mobile web app and offers a “Create Shortcut” link in its footer that adds an icon to the home screen — the same approach BetOBet takes on iOS. On a phone the Arabic layout holds up, with the navigation collapsing into a bottom bar and the game grid reflowing to two columns.
Customer Support
A third correction, and this one is in the operator’s favour. Our August review said that Spinanga lists no support email anywhere on the site. It does. Clause 13.1 of the terms gives support@spinanga.com, the About Us page repeats it, and the welcome bonus terms repeat it again. Clause 13.4 adds a second address, complaints@spinanga.com, for anything the support desk cannot settle at first contact. We looked at the contact page and the footer and stopped there, which was not good enough.
Clauses 13.1 to 13.6 also set out a written complaints procedure in two stages: an initial reply from the support desk, and then a formal submission to a Complaints Resolution Committee, which the terms require you to send from your registered address with your username, your full name, the dates involved and the word COMPLAINT in the subject line. What the contract never provides is a third stage. There is no adjudicator, no arbitration clause and no alternative dispute resolution body named anywhere in the document — the words do not appear in it. The committee that decides your complaint is a department of the company you are complaining about, and clause 14.1 gives you no court to take it to afterwards.
There is still no phone number, and no WhatsApp or Telegram channel — which keeps Spinanga behind BetOBet, whose WhatsApp line is the strongest support offering in this index for this market.
The chat widget itself is labelled in Arabic on the Arabic build. We did not test response times, because doing so honestly requires a funded account.
The Arabic Sitemap Points at Doors That Do Not Open
Blocking studios by country is ordinary. What is not ordinary is what Spinanga tells Google about it.
The site publishes twenty sitemaps, one per market, and one of them is dedicated to Arabic. That file declares 16,886 Arabic game pages — more URLs than the catalogue holds in any country, and 4,558 more than an Emirates visitor can reach. We took every game we could enumerate from the seventeen withheld studios, 2,035 of them, and checked each against that file. All 2,035 are in it. Not a sample: all of them.
So we opened one the way a reader would. Sweet Bonanza is Pragmatic Play’s best-known slot, and the Arabic sitemap submits spinanga.com/ar/game/sweet-bonanza to Google. Loaded from Lisbon, the game runs, in Arabic. Loaded from Dubai, the identical URL returns the site’s own Arabic 404 page: «عفوًا! لا يمكننا العثور على تلك الصفحة» — sorry, we cannot find that page.
The same pattern runs through the studio pages. The English sitemap lists 155 provider pages. Fifteen belong to studios Spinanga does not carry at all — two separate pages for Evolution, plus NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Relax, Booongo, SneakySlots, KA Gaming, Peter & Sons, JDB, Lambda and MrSlotty. Another seventeen belong to the studios blocked here. Of 155 provider pages submitted for indexing, 123 work for a reader in the Emirates.
We are not calling this a trick — a shared platform generating one sitemap for every market explains it just as well as intent does. But the effect is the same either way. If you searched in Arabic for a Pragmatic slot and landed on Spinanga, the page you were promised is a 404, and you will have found that out after the click.
Who Cannot Play
Clause 2.3 of the terms lists the excluded jurisdictions. The United Arab Emirates is not among them, and neither is Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt or Morocco. The list that is barred reads: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d’Ivoire, Armenia, Georgia and the Netherlands Antilles.
Two names in that list are worth a second look. Curaçao and Malta are both excluded — the two jurisdictions that license most of this industry. A site that will not accept players who live where the regulators sit is telling you something about how it views regulation.
A second correction. We previously wrote that clause 15.2 bars NetEnt titles in Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Algeria and Tunisia, that the Emirates are not on that list, and that “NetEnt games remain available here”. The first half is accurate; the conclusion was not. Spinanga does not carry a single NetEnt game anywhere — searches for Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Dead or Alive all return nothing, and NetEnt does not appear among the 140 studios in the catalogue. Six clauses of this contract, 15.2 to 15.7, regulate games the site does not have. The same is true of Evolution, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming: none of them are here either. We should have opened the catalogue before repeating what the contract implied.

Spinanga is a well-built product wrapped around an empty legal shell. The Arabic work is genuine and goes deeper than we credited — the contract itself is translated, not just the menus — the sportsbook is real, the withdrawal ladder is published in full and there are two support addresses in the terms. Against that sits the plain fact that nobody has told you who you are dealing with, and a lobby that is 2,460 games smaller than the one the site advertises to you.

Spinanga earns 3.5 out of 5, unchanged — what we found this time cuts both ways. Support and the depth of the Arabic work are better than we said; the casino is smaller and the sitemap is less honest. Of the seven brands in this family it remains the strongest for this market, and one of only two that pairs a real Arabic build with a sportsbook. It would score considerably higher with a licence number in the footer, a company name in clause 1.4, and a catalogue that matches what it submits to Google.
Play responsibly. Gambling is restricted in the United Arab Emirates and offshore sites operate outside local consumer protection.
