Cadoola is an online casino that accepts players from the United Arab Emirates and offers a €800 welcome package spread across four deposits. It has no sportsbook, no Arabic interface, and no published gambling licence.
We opened Cadoola from an Emirates connection. Unlike its sister brands it made no attempt to change language — the site loaded in English and stayed there. That is not a routing failure. We pulled the platform’s own language list and counted twenty-seven options: English, German, Finnish, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Hindi and nineteen others. Arabic is not one of them.
We then asked the site directly. Cadoola serves its own terms and conditions through a public endpoint, one file per language, and we requested all of them in the same minute. English came back at 228,916 bytes, German at 235,300, Greek at 317,432, Finnish at 210,426. Arabic came back at 217 bytes, and what those bytes contain is the word undefined where the title and the text should be. The language slot exists on the platform and nobody has written a word into it. Hebrew, Persian and Urdu answer the same way: every right-to-left language on the system is empty.
Two more sources agree. Cadoola publishes twenty-seven game sitemaps, one per language market, and none of them is Arabic. And its stylesheets run to 477,819 characters with no right-to-left rule of its own in them — the only six mentions of rtl in the whole site belong to two third-party carousel libraries, Slick and Swiper, that arrived with the rule already inside. Nothing in this site was built to be read from the right.

The two game counts in that table are not a typing error, and we come back to them below. They were taken on different days, so read the gap as the ratio it is rather than as today’s arithmetic.
Cadoola will take your registration from Dubai and then talk to you in English about euros. It accepts this market without addressing it, which is a different thing from serving it.
The €800 Package Needs Four Deposits
The headline on the homepage reads “Welcome package €800 + 300 FS in 4 bonuses”, and the four-part structure is the part worth understanding before you deposit. No single payment gets you anywhere near €800.

Add the four ceilings and you reach exactly €800, so the headline figure is honest — it is simply the sum of four separate offers rather than one. To collect all of it you would need to fund the account four times and clear the wagering on each tranche. The first deposit at 120% up to €240 is the one most players will actually see.
The 300 free spins are advertised as a single number and are not one. They are released in bands set by how much you put in: deposit €20 on the first payment and you get 30 spins, deposit €100 or more and you get 100. The third deposit works the same way, 50 spins at the bottom and 150 at the top. A player who deposits the €20 minimum four times finishes the package with 130 free spins, not 300. The full 300 requires putting in at least €100 on both the first and the third deposit.
The conditions attached are published in full and none of them appear on the banner. Wagering is 35 times the deposit and bonus together, rising to 40 times on anything won with the free spins, and it must be cleared within ten days. The most you can take out of a bonus is ten times its value, and while a bonus is live your maximum stake is capped at €100. One clause is worth more than the rest to anyone reading this page: deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the offer at all — and both are on the payment list Cadoola advertises in its own footer.
There is also a table in section 7 of the terms that decides how fast you clear it. Slots, scratch cards and keno count for 100%. Live games and video poker count for 10%. Table and card games count for nothing at all, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money. Take the welcome bonus and sit down at blackjack and the wagering does not move.
The recurring calendar is shorter than Spinanga’s and shorter than it was: the promotions endpoint now returns seven live offers, and the Roulette Run leaderboard and the Gold Saloon Roulette voucher we recorded in August are gone. What remains is a weekend reload at 50% plus 50 free spins, a weekly reload of 50 free spins, a weekly cashback, a live cashback capped at €200, the Spinoleague tournament series and an Amusnet Cash Bomb feature promotion.
One of those seven is not available to the reader of this page. Each promotion carries its own list of barred countries, and the weekly cashback bars twelve of them: the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen — and Sweden. Eleven of the twelve are Arab states. Nothing on the promotions page says so; the exclusion sits in the offer’s own configuration, and a player in Dubai finds out by claiming and being refused.
The live cashback that survives has a condition of its own. It is not credited automatically: you have to ask for it in live chat or by email on the Monday after the qualifying week, between 06:00 and 23:59 UTC, and the terms say that if you do not, the entitlement is void. A weekly refund that expires in an eighteen-hour window is a refund a lot of players will never collect. The free-spin ladder advertised alongside it — five spins for one active day, up to a hundred for six — is, by the same terms, “only valid for players registered from Italy”.
Four deposits to reach the advertised number is common enough that it is not a trick, but read the ladder before you plan around it. Your first deposit tops out at €240, not €800.
The Terms Behind the Package
Cadoola publishes the same general terms as its sister brands — version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026 — and the withdrawal rules inside them apply to bonus and cash alike.

One clause deserves reading twice. Under 6.6.4, if Cadoola requests identity documents and you do not supply them within thirty days, your account is closed and you forfeit all funds in it — a decision the terms describe as “final, binding and not subject to appeal”. That is standard language across this brand family, and it is unusually blunt.
The Casino, and the Games You Are Not Shown
The lobby is large and it is open: every game carries a “Play for fun” button that works before you register, which is more than 888 Casino allows. We walked the whole catalogue this week — 14,797 entries, 140 studios — and the depth is real: Playtech, Evoplay, Pragmatic, CT Interactive, Hacksaw, Betsoft, Endorphina, Amusnet, Spinomenal and Microgaming all run to hundreds of titles each.
The footer tells a different story from the catalogue, and this is a correction to our own earlier review. It displays eight provider logos — Evolution Gaming, Red Rake, Pragmatic Play, ELK Studios, Play’n GO, Quickfire, Yggdrasil and Amusnet — and we previously listed that as a point in the casino’s favour. It is not. Four of those eight do not have a single game on the site. Red Rake (88 titles), Pragmatic (478, plus 141 live), Yggdrasil (210) and Amusnet (339) are all there. Evolution Gaming, ELK Studios, Play’n GO and Quickfire returned nothing — no games under their name, and none of their signature titles either: no Crazy Time, no Lightning Roulette, no Book of Dead, no Reactoonz.
The absence of Evolution matters more than the others, because Evolution is the live-dealer studio most players are looking for. Cadoola’s 790 live tables come from Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, Creedroomz, Imagine Live, OnAir, Vivo, SA Gaming and a dozen smaller names — a respectable floor, but not the one the logo in the footer promises. Wazamba, which runs the same contract, does carry Evolution.
But the catalogue is not the same size for everybody. On 27 August we queried the platform’s own game list from two connections on the same day. From ours it returned 14,762 titles. From an Emirates connection it returned 12,301. That is 2,461 games — about one in six — withheld from players in this market. The catalogue has grown slightly since, to 14,797 as seen from Europe this week; we could not repeat the Emirates side of the measurement in time for this update, so the ratio stands on the August pair rather than on today’s.
Geographic filtering is normal in this industry; providers restrict their own titles by country and the operator has to comply. What is not normal is doing it silently. Nothing in the interface tells a UAE player that a sixth of the advertised library is unavailable to them. We found the same pattern at Wazamba and previously at Megapari.
A sixth of the shelf is missing and the site never says so. If you pick Cadoola for a specific game, check it loads before you fund the account.
There Is No Sportsbook
Cadoola’s navigation runs Casino, Live Casino, Promotions, Tournaments and VIP. There is no sports section, no live betting and no virtual sports. This sets it apart from Spinanga and Wazamba, which share its contract but both carry full sportsbooks.
If you want casino and betting on one balance, Cadoola is the wrong door of the five — Spinanga and Spinrollz are the ones that carry both. If you only play slots and live tables, the absence costs you nothing.
Payments
Cadoola lists nineteen payment methods in its footer, weighted towards European and Latin American rails rather than anything local to the Gulf.

Blik is Polish, Boleto is Brazilian, Postepay is Italian, Qiwi is Russian and Interac is Canadian. Not one method on the list is issued in the Gulf.
Nor is there a dirham. We pulled the registration country list from the platform: 116 countries, thirteen currencies, and not one of them Arab — no AED, no SAR, no EGP. A player registering from the Emirates is offered exactly two options, US dollar and euro, in that order. So the account opens in dollars while the welcome banner quotes euros, and every deposit and every withdrawal carries a conversion at each end.
The same list holds a quieter fact. Every Gulf state is there — the Emirates with its +971 dialling code, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria. Egypt is not, and Egypt does not appear in the excluded-countries clause either. It is simply missing from the form, with no explanation anywhere in the document. Spinanga does the same thing.

Cadoola does not publish a general minimum deposit: clause 6.14 reserves the right to set the minimum and maximum per transaction at the company’s discretion, without saying what they are, and the same silence covers processing times per method. What is published is the figure that matters to most new players — the welcome package requires a qualifying deposit of €20, or $20 for an Emirates account, and pays nothing below it.

Withdrawal Limits
The withdrawal ladder is published in full and runs on five VIP tiers — Bronze, Classic, Silver, Gold and Elite — set by your deposit and withdrawal activity over the previous ninety days. In euros it starts at €500 a day and €7,000 a month and reaches €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at the top. The dollar line, which is the one an Emirates account is on, carries the same figures.

Stop playing for a month and your level resets to the bottom of the ladder automatically. The terms also confirm that customer funds are held in dedicated client bank accounts separate from the company’s own money, which is a genuine protection — and one of the few reassuring clauses in the document.
No Licence, and No Company Named
Cadoola publishes no gambling licence. Its footer carries payment icons, provider logos, a country flag, an “18+” badge and a link to 7StarsPartners — and nothing else. There is no regulator seal, no licence number and no operating company.
The terms do not fill the gap. Clause 1.4 defines the counterparty as “the company operating the Website” and stops there — no name, no registration number, no address. Clause 14.1, headed Applicable law and jurisdiction, says disputes “shall be settled in accordance with the applicable Law” without naming a law or a court. We read the document again this week — 108,981 characters of text — and the word licence still appears exactly once, in the phrase “Driving Licence”, in the list of identity papers you may be asked to send. The United Arab Emirates is not mentioned anywhere in it, in either direction.
For contrast, RollingSlots publishes a Curaçao licence number that can be checked against the regulator’s register, and Betfinal holds its licence directly from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Cadoola offers neither, and names nobody to complain to.
You can register, deposit and play here without ever learning which company holds your money. That is the single most important fact in this review.
The Same Contract as Spinanga and Wazamba
Cadoola’s terms are not merely similar to those of Spinanga and Wazamba — they are the same document. Same version 1.12, same update date of 19 August 2026, same clause numbering, same wording. The frequently asked questions page is identical too, down to the phrasing of the answers.
The promotions overlap as well: all three run the Spinoleague tournament with the same €12,000,000 headline, the same Gold Saloon Roulette offer, the same Amusnet Cash Bomb and the same 25% live cashback capped at €200. Cadoola and Spinanga both link the same affiliate programme, 7StarsPartners, which advertises itself as running nine brands and releasing “a new high-converting brand every few months”.
One small difference is worth noting: Cadoola’s excluded-countries list adds China, which the other two do not bar. The rest of clause 2.3 is the family list, Iraq and Curaçao and Malta included. And the recycled scaffolding shows in the same places as at the sister brands: the About Us page is still filed under the internal title “About Us CUW CASINO (CH=DE)”, and it advertises “Over 4,000 casino games” on a site whose own catalogue returns 14,797. The brand is not reading its own shelves.
Design and Navigation
From an Emirates connection Cadoola loads at cadoola.com in English, left to right, with a purple and coral palette and a cartoon whale as the logo. The welcome package occupies the top of the page as four large numbered circles, with the match percentages beneath — the clearest presentation of a multi-deposit offer we have seen in this index.
Navigation is short: Casino, Live Casino, Promotions, Tournaments, VIP, plus search and the two account buttons. Below the fold the game hall opens with filter chips for Top, New, Popular, Summer, Exclusive, Bonus Buys and Megaways, and each tile carries both “Play” and “Play for fun”. A green WhatsApp-style bubble sits at the right edge, though it opens the site’s own chat rather than WhatsApp.
There is no right-to-left build to assess, because there is no Arabic. A UAE player gets exactly the same page as a player in Ireland, down to the British flag that sits in the footer as the language selector. One oddity from the outside: the page title Cadoola serves to search engines reads “Cadoola Online Casino: Best Sports Betting & Casino Games”, advertising a sportsbook the site does not have. There is also a numbered mirror, cad0la-0461.com — the brand name with a zero in it — which redirects to the main domain and exists for markets where that domain is blocked.
Clean, quick and easy to read — if you read English. For a market where Arabic is the first language, offering twenty-seven languages and skipping this one is a choice, not an oversight.
Mobile
Cadoola has no native app for either platform. The site runs as a responsive web app, with the game grid collapsing to two columns and the navigation folding into a menu button. Performance was unremarkable in both directions — nothing broke, nothing stood out.
Customer Support
The footer offers Contact us, an F.A.Q. page and a live chat widget. There is no phone number, no WhatsApp and no Telegram. The FAQ is the same document served by the sister brands and answers process questions — how to deposit, how to withdraw, how to verify — without giving figures.
There is also an email address, and our earlier review said there was not. Correcting it here: clause 3.7 of the terms gives support@cadoola.com, the About Us page gives it again, the welcome bonus terms give it a third time, and clause 13.4 gives a separate address for formal complaints, complaints@cadoola.com, at the end of a written two-stage procedure. That is more than we credited the brand with, and the support score has been raised accordingly. What the contract still has nowhere is a third stage: no arbitration, no ADR body, no ombudsman. When the two internal stages are exhausted, there is nobody above them.
We did not measure response times. Doing that honestly needs a funded account, and we have not opened one.
Who Cannot Play
The registration form lists the countries Cadoola accepts, and the United Arab Emirates appears by name, alongside Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.

Cadoola is a competent casino that has no particular interest in this market. It will take a UAE registration, it runs a genuinely large lobby of 140 studios and its withdrawal ladder is published in full. But it offers no Arabic, no sportsbook, no local payment method, no dirham and no licence; it quietly withholds a sixth of its catalogue from players here; it bars them from its weekly cashback without saying so; and four of the eight provider logos in its own footer correspond to no games at all.

Cadoola keeps 2.9 out of 5, the lowest of the sister brands, but the score moved underneath: support rose once we found the two published email addresses, and bonuses and casino fell for the barred cashback and the four phantom providers. The casino itself is perfectly decent; it is the absence of everything around it — language, licence, betting, local payments — that holds the score down. If you are in the Emirates and want any of those, Spinanga does more with the same contract.
Play responsibly. Gambling is restricted in the United Arab Emirates and offshore sites operate outside local consumer protection. Bonuses are not guaranteed money and carry conditions.
