There is no UAE licence for online casinos or sportsbooks, and no local regulator that issues one. Every operator you can reach from Dubai or Abu Dhabi is offshore, so the only question worth asking is which offshore authority actually stands behind the account — and whether the operator names it.
10Bet names it, in the terms: the site is run by Sunstar Impact N.V., a Curaçao company registered at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N under company number 152448, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/418/0821. Payments are handled by a separate entity, Silversphere One Limited, registered in Cyprus under HE 408595 and based in Larnaca.
That is a real, quotable chain of responsibility — a company, a number, a jurisdiction. It puts 10Bet ahead of Casinia, which names no licence at all, and roughly level with Betfinal, which holds its Curaçao permission directly rather than through an intermediary.
The Licence the Arabic Site Claims Is Not the One in the Terms
Here is the problem, and we did not expect to find it. The Arabic homepage tells Arabic-speaking players that “the licence of the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission proves our commitment to safety and fair play”. The English version of the same page names no regulator whatsoever. And the terms and conditions that actually govern your account say Curaçao.
The Isle of Man licence belongs to a different 10bet operation — the one behind 10bet.co.uk, which serves Britain and does not accept players from this region at all. The site an Emirates player signs up to is the Curaçao one. So the strongest regulatory claim on the page is attached to the wrong company, and it appears only in the language most players here read.
A Curaçao licence with a number you can quote is genuinely useful, and most of this market cannot manage it. But an operator that tells its Arabic readers it is supervised from the Isle of Man, tells its English readers nothing, and writes Curaçao into the contract, is not being careless in a harmless direction — it is overstating its oversight to exactly the audience least able to check. Which 10Bet Site Actually Serves the UAE
This one catches people out. Type 10bet.com from most of the world and you land on a page headed “Restricted country”. Type it from a UAE connection and it forwards you to 10betpremium.com, which opens normally and in Arabic.
It is the same pattern we documented at Megapari, which blocks the Emirates on its main domain and accepts them on a mirror. The practical consequence is the same too: bookmark the address you actually landed on, because the one you typed will not always take you back.

Read that table again. The English page offers an Arabic-speaking player’s counterpart two and a half times the sports bonus for the same deposit — $500 against $200 — and the casino headline swings from $2,000 on the banner to $1,000 in English to a choice between $1,000 at half-match and $500 at full match in Arabic.
We cannot tell you which of these three you will get, because 10Bet does not tell you either. What we can tell you is that the biggest number — the $2,000 on the banner — is the one number that appears on no promotions page in either language, and that the Arabic sports offer is the smallest of the lot. Before you deposit, open the offer you want, screenshot the terms, and hold the operator to that page rather than to the banner that brought you in.

One number we could not reconcile: the English homepage advertises “40+ sports” and the Arabic homepage, describing the same sportsbook, says “22+”. Both cannot be right, and the smaller figure is again the one shown to Arabic readers.

The footer shows MuchBetter, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Visa alongside Litecoin, Tether, Ethereum and Bitcoin. The site’s own text adds Neteller, AstroPay and Interac. Apple Pay is worth calling out: it is genuinely rare at this end of the market and it is the fastest route from an Emirates phone to a funded account without touching a card.
Interac is the tell in the other direction. It is a Canadian bank network with no use whatsoever to anyone in the Gulf, and it sits in the same sentence as the methods on offer here. The rollover clause is the one that surprises people. Even if you never touch a bonus, you cannot withdraw a deposit until you have wagered it once at odds of 1.1 or better. RollingSlots has a comparable AML clause but sets it at three times deposits; 10Bet at one time is far gentler, and at least it is written down — YYY publishes no withdrawal minimum, maximum or processing time at all.
Published limits, even unfriendly ones, beat silence. The €20,000 monthly ceiling and the €5 second-withdrawal fee are things you can plan around; the 1x deposit rollover is mild by the standards of this market. What we would change is the dormancy fee — €5 a month from month six is quick, and it is charged to the players least likely to be reading their email.
Design and Navigation
We opened the site on a UAE connection and it came up in Arabic without being asked: lang="ar", dir="rtl", the whole layout mirrored. The navigation reads right to left, the game tiles flow right to left, the buttons sit where an Arabic reader expects them.
That is not the norm. RollingSlots advertises an Arabic locale and serves English at the address; Megapari redirects its Arabic path to English. On this site the Arabic is genuine and complete, which puts 10Bet in the same small group as BC.GAME and YYY.
The layout itself is clean and light — white background, green call-to-action buttons, a single row of sports across the top and the casino shelves below. It loads fast and it does not fight you. The one irritation is that the language switch is easy to miss, and the English and Arabic versions do not carry the same promotions, so you can flip between them and think the site has changed.
Proper right-to-left Arabic, merchandised for this region, is the best thing about 10Bet and the reason it scores as well as it does. Against that: three contradictory welcome offers on one site, a regulatory claim in Arabic that belongs to a different company, a sports bonus that shrinks by 60% when you switch to Arabic, and a cashier that offers a Canadian bank network to a Gulf audience. None of it is fatal. All of it is avoidable.
